Low Carb Egg Noodles

Ingredients

1 ounce cream cheese at room temperature

2 eggs at room temperature

 

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 325F.

2.Next we take our cream cheese, egg and put into a blender.

3.Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth.

4.Place a silicone mat onto a heavy baking pan and then pour smooth mix onto it.

5.Smooth into a rectangle keeping the batter thin.

6.Bake the pan for 5 minutes or until it has set. DO NOT over-bake.

7.Remove from the oven and let sit for a couple minutes, once cooled cut and use how desired.

*PS* best if gently simmered in a sauce or broth for a minutes.
